多次入住该酒店，以前都是现场支付房费，而这次使用同程支付房费。在未支付完房费前，当时问前台服务员能否开发票，前台肯定在同程支付可以开发票，所以在同程支付时未要求需要发票。而在退房时酒店拒给开具发票，更让人气愤的是连押金也不退，说是没有收到同程的转款，收到同程转款后再退，这是什么规定，酒店与同程之间的问题为什么强加到消费者的身上。遇上这样的酒店告诉大家以后再也不在网上定酒店了。希望同程与酒店速解决！
