带孩子和老人入住，前台找不到艺龙的订单，虽然还是办理了入住，感觉酒店和艺龙衔接还是有问题。前台的态度不错，有位女士还主动出来帮忙找车位。定的豪华标间，感觉设施完全不是四星酒店的标准，墙纸开裂，洗手间排风扇坏的，房间里就一把椅子，甚至不如某些快捷酒店，不知艺龙是否有自己的评级标准，感觉对艺龙的信任度需要重新评估！
