得知普通房间没有空调后特意定的高级房，结果空调还是不给力，早上醒来还热出汗了，有蚊子，希望酒店准备些驱蚊设施。其他设施都挺好的，早餐样式也挺多的，整体还不错吧

刚装修好，味道很大，网络订了房间交了预付，不能调换房间！如补差价必须按照前台价格！不知道为什么前台工作人员在我办理入住手续时看到我带着两个不满三岁的孩子，却不提醒我这里的情况？我们可以当时调换！
B座这里的房间整体都是很新的！设施没问题，装修味道特别大！辣眼！味道超级重！不知道前台怎么想的？100%不推荐在这里入住！太差了！

房间装修味道特别大，我是带了孩子来的，感觉味道很大之后，和前台交涉，前台说可以以388的前台价格补差价！我提出按照艺龙的价格补差价！遭到拒绝！酒店原本没有B座，刚装修好，一楼还有部分施工未完成！看到带孩子的情况也未告知！继续让我们办理入住！出现想调换房间还遭拒绝！如果提前告知我们可以先看房间再确定！这样服务太差！
