1-绝对的误导，根本不在陶溪川，而且完全两个方向。
2-周边全是在修建筑，声音极其轰隆隆。
3-房间完全拉低了维也纳的所谓的水准，墙面翻修的，水温低、空调慢、床头电插座根本插不上，绝对的差评！！！
4-门、窗的安全性非常不好，门很烂，窗户竟然拉不开，推不动，呵呵，窗纱都丢下来了。
