地理位置不错，在闹市区，出行方便。另外还有地下停车库可用，有专人引导，停车方便安全。附近吃饭很方便，有许多餐厅可以选择，房间也比较整洁。

酒店硬件不错，大堂布置得很好。前台服务员反应迟钝，还有网上预订时承诺陶饰也没给，一说顾客没主功索取，又说当时礼品刚好没货。

很不愉快的入住体验。
一、因为是两个人住，想要两张房卡以便于大家活动，可是前台死活不肯给第二张房卡。回房间开不了门，请服务台帮忙开门，居然等了十多分钟才来人开门。
二、携程预订明明有说会赠送陶瓷小礼品，可是酒店完全没有表示。有点被忽悠的感觉。
