主楼装修二号楼几乎没人住，荷花塘修路出行很不方便甚至路灯都没有。二号楼几乎没人住，有点霉味。没有早餐，附近也没有吃饭的地方。最主要的，晚上有翁嗡嗡很大的噪音，一直到早上八点才停。住了一晚上第二天就换地方了。

在景德镇市中心，环境很幽静，前面就是荷塘，住房条件不错，就是空调不给力。吃饭也不远，挺方便的。
