房间我在网上已经下单付款了，别人只是电话预定，工作人员却要把我要住的房间让给别人，说别人已经电话预定了，说是老顾客，那我想问你们酒店就只看的起老顾客，新顾客就不能享受好的待遇了？何况我也算老顾客了吧，同样的房型，为什么付款了的客人却没有了选择权？难不成我电话预定说我要间总统套房，你们会给我留一年吗而不让其他客人入住？不应该吧！

酒店门前在修路，车子进不了，打电话给前台，保安大哥出来带路，一路小跑，还帮搬挡道的摩托车。车停好后，距离酒店还有一小段路，保安大哥说我们长途开车很累，然后帮我们拉了两个大行李箱还背了一个大背包，感动死我了，除了不断地道谢，真不知道该说什么。酒店地理位置挺好的，吃饭很方便。房间干净整洁也很安静，很多角落体现瓷都的特色，推荐大家入住。
