我提前一天在携程网预定的房间，到今天晚上来以后没房子可住，说这手机预订的不算，后台没关闭，已经没房子了，害得我媳妇跟我吵架，说我没预定好，简直没诚信可言，看来这网上买的以后不敢相信了，这家店没有信誉可言

没有浴巾，不会换被单，浴头坏的，床头没插座，房间一股霉味，电视机九十年代的，环境卫生很差，清洁工人是小孩，房门是木头的。

这家宾馆设施陈旧，厕所门是坏的。还说我们定的是豪标，不知从何说起。卫生不好。一个字脏，到处都是灰。没有电梯。要上三楼以上，二楼是旅游公司办公室。马桶冲水有问题要一直按着，淋浴头也是水花乱溅。这次住这真有点倒霉。。
