我们下车，保安推台行李车出来不是帮忙拿行李的，是来说不会帮我们搬的，是来吵架的样子……入住的时候，前台接待也是没有半点微笑，表情难堪。订的是三人房，去到房间，什么东西都只有两份……总之入住体验很差很差

早餐丰盛很好，没有传说中的简陋和不好吃，酒店地理位置也很优越，在半山腰上，可以俯瞰整个天街，但如果是自己推着行李上去就要走的很辛苦，自驾可以忽略，酒店停车位很多，推荐这家

我和爱人在8月13、14日入住楠竹山庄，山庄离游客服务中心挺近，走路10分钟左右。山庄院内环境很美、安静，有停车场。工作人员服务热情，当时就把我们预定的标间升级为家庭房有一个大床和一张单人床，适合带孩子来。房间卧具卫生、干净，只是淋浴水流和玻璃门内的淋浴区都小了一些。房间每天送水果和矿泉水。山庄餐厅卫生、干净，早餐品种较多，基本全是中餐，餐后有西瓜。住在楠竹唯一不足就是吃午餐、吃晚餐不太方便，山庄的餐厅没人吃饭就下班，第一天中午1:30到，餐厅下班。晚上正点到餐厅，菜单上的菜，好多没食材。第二天中午1:00多到，餐厅下班。山庄周边没有吃饭的地方，要下山去天街吃，天街基本都是农家乐式饭馆。山庄下山到天街，要走40分钟左右。
