我们一行9人来订房，在携程订了四间，和酒店前台沟通好刷了一笔定金，第二天退房的时候，前台很负责任的问过我要不要提前退，经过我们的协商后，我给一点多给前台去了电话请她们帮我退房，可是因为前台酒店前台交接班没有及时沟通好，不知道我定了四间，其中包括一间双人房，三间大床房，所以只给我退了三间，另一间硬是要收半天房费，和前台说明情况后，她表示要请示经理，后来电话跟一个自称经理的人通电话，她的态度和语气就是把所有责任推给顾客，一副你不给也要给的样子，我就气不过，凭什么你们的过错我们要买单，住过这么多年的酒店第一次碰到这种不讲理的经理，她们还直接说了，她们是财政局的培训点，好了不起的架势，共产党就是被这些事情弄的在群众心中的形象越来越差的，纳税人的钱就这样被你们消遣的吗？本来开开心心的井冈山之旅，最后被这样一件事弄的很不开心，所以建议来井冈山的游客千万别住南湖酒店，或者请南湖酒店管理阶层考虑一下整顿人员结构，基本素养的害群之马还是不要留了。谢谢！

周边环境很好 安静 就是前台办理入住慢 餐厅都是包席 不接待散客 单点餐 还有地板嘎吱嘎吱响
