酒店前台服务及楼层客服的服务态度认真负责，都很有亲和力，主动打招呼、微笑接待、很热情而且有耐心。酒店的装修风格设计的很布局合理，很有品味，感觉非常好个人喜欢。

没有早餐，不能加床。酒店旁边有饭店，吃饭很方便。免费停车场。房间比较旧。设施也很旧。没有免费矿泉水。一进楼道就闻到霉味。房间里味道更大一点。天花板和墙纸有霉斑。卫生间没有淋浴隔断。价位摆在这里。一百多块钱，符合价格。
父母亲很满意。
