过年期间临时预定的酒店，到达已经是半夜，前台态度差，故意刁难。预定了一间豪华标间和豪华大床房，被告知不在一层楼，要求换成同楼层，前台说只有标间在同楼层，果断要求全部要标间，前台要求我们在携程重新预定，都已经显示酒店订单
确认了，我怎么再定？价格一样的，就是换下房间有这么难吗？举手之劳的事情！大过年的，人又很疲惫了，找个临时休息的地方，还遇到这种状况，也是醉了！
酒店房间还行，就是厕所很大的霉味，而且洗澡水忽冷忽热的！
