我從香港來荊门多年，住过华侨，恒丰，荆宾，东方，帝豪，白玫瑰……海港城等等，论价分级都有批抨，收得起房价自然有比较，唯独我住海港城论价等值非常滿意，硬件酒店设備滿意，至重要软件服务态度，我每次大江南北都通过艺龙订房，今次我订了二天海港城，不知是否艺龙出错資料给酒店，算我订了明天及後天，我订的是今天入住，可能酒店房间紧张问题，某些房间可能今天及明天不能连住二天，要客人住一天搬一天就无谓啦！後來有位醒目魏景彩员工了解後给我一间双床房(我本身订大床房的)，她都有问我可接受吗？她的态度那麼好客人的我如何不接受，感觉我在荆门住了那麼多年海港城的员工不错，令客人滿意，值得入住……唯一不好地方是露天车场，晒到架车焗炉一样，希望酒店有所改善就完美了。

莫名其妙分到走廊尽头房间，前台告知：特惠房都是走廊尽头。都是什么破规定，第一次听说。这种坑人规定，再不会来第二次。妥妥的差评
