客房服务连房间都不收拾，出门吃饭，路过前台告知，等吃完饭回酒店，只是补齐一次性用品，其它还是没收拾，有点无语，望改善。

在洪湖算是比较好的酒店了、房间大、还有沙发躺椅、儿子特喜欢！不过服务待提高、房间抽纸是喊的、卫生间小香皂没换是别人用剩的、懒的麻烦没喊了！周边没什么商业、上街公交方便、的士10元搞定

洪湖最好的酒店之一。因亲戚家在洪湖的原因，我已入住此酒店多次，总体来说很好、很好。提两点改进的建议：1、早餐别让服务员大姐站在餐厅中央发餐盘；2、公共餐厅要禁止赤胸裸背的进餐者，不论男士或是女士。。。。。

很不错，干净宽敞，特别是早餐，品种十分丰富，正值莲蓬菱角上市的时候，吃到了超嫩的藕丁和超甜的菱角，性价比高！
