提前联系了酒店，派了帅哥司机来接，很省心，到了酒店因为比较早，所订房型别的客人还没退房，经理就给我升级了套房，感觉很贴心，出门在外有种被精心照顾的感觉真棒👍，酒店在江边的一个老城区的巷子里，非常有中国写意画的感觉，总之很满意吧

酒店非常安静和干净，特别值得肯定的是服务员态度都非常好。前两天入住离开后发现自己东西放房间里忘带走，试试打了酒店电话。一个叫李想的工作人员接到电话非常热情帮我处理此事，第二天找到我的东西后还主动快递给我。非常感动，下次一定再来入住！

酒店地处沙市区老城区离江边很近，五一路排档等地都很近，小吃也比较多。
酒店硬件小设施设计随略有欠缺（卫生间纸巾筒位置），但酒店服务实在没得说，管家式服务，免费接送，宾至如归，给个大大的赞，特别要表扬一下李想经理。
下次再来荆州还选择住这边。
