早餐服务员很多但是就是不收拾桌子，去迟了要自己收拾别的客户残羹才有地方入座。可见这家酒店的管理水平了，当然早餐也不够丰富，没水果吃完就光，酒店当年设施建设不错，现在稍微陈旧，卫生环境和快捷酒店比次很多。隔壁快捷酒店干净多了。服务有待提升。

离荆州古城很近，从房间就可看见城墙。周围环境好，空气新鲜。虽然在公路边上，但很安静。设施较新，干净卫生。
