很不错的酒店，性价比较高，房价比较大，舒适，特别值得表扬的是服务到位，客人的要求都能满足。例如，我的朋友想借指甲刀，结果酒店就送了一把。同住的几位外国人朋友对酒店的评价是，这样的服务在中国真的很难得。

酒店的淋浴水压太小.淋浴不太好.其它各方面条件都不错,硬件条件挺到位的.房间住起来很舒服.

酒店不大，很干净，浴具齐全还有浴衣，服务态度很好，豪华单间还有双早，早餐是配份的，服务员说不够可以加的，在同程预定一个安静的房间，果然是很好的房间，下次还住这里。

住起来比较舒服，性价比还是蛮高的，不过早餐提供太简单了.荆州是小城市，酒店位置距离繁华地段还有稍有一些偏.不过总体水平不错.
