稀烂，酒店名字叫的大，国际，wifi都没有，送了个路由器过来，也用不了稀烂，打前台电话，前台态度太差一直让我联系房务中心，我就没明白了，都是酒店服务员，我打给你前台，你前台也要耐心给我解决问题呀。
