那天有个什么接待！住店客人进出都不允许！请问花钱住你们店干什么去了！蚊子到处都是！地下室脏的要死！打印东西没有！得去花2块钱打印！请问现在还有4-5星酒店打俩张东西还收费的吗！除了换洗漱品！别的服务根本没有！

酒店位置不错，房间宽敞，没有异味，床也很舒服，就是水果不是每天送，只有第一天有。这个我觉得可以改进一下。
