感觉很差劲，到店无房，让加钱升级。住过那么多酒店都是无房免费升级，艺龙态度很好，协调到位升级的房费艺龙承担。前台接待是一个自认为自己很美的一个女人，态度冷冰冰说话还很冲，当时围在服务台的人很多都是出现各种问题的，服务行业就是面对各种人的，干不了可以不干。
重点的是房间，猛一看高大上，入住后感觉细节很不到位，床铺睡着不太舒服，放置物品和衣服的地方很少，电视无法关闭，卫生间积水，比锦江之星差远了。
