环境还可以，床很大很舒服，就是床单有点黄色的印子，还破了个洞，忘记拍照了，一次性用品很全，柜子里还有针线包，厕所有吹风，有个大阳台，风景还不错，房间还算隔音，整体还行吧。就是一开始到大堂验证，发现没有我的入住信息，让我稍微等了一下，有点影响心情，因为艺龙是通过第三方旅行社订的房间，自己本身并未跟悦兮半岛温泉酒店有合作，这点希望可以更完善，不过好在最后妥善的解决了，客服很负责，所以还是可以给好评的。

房间风格很好，靠泳池直接看得到景色，装修部分老化，淋浴房漏水很厉害，整个客厅都淹没了。

我用艺龙订酒店N次了，这次太不让人满意！太生气！订的房间带温泉票的，到了酒店前台说没有，打电话给艺龙联系，从下午四点到七点都没有拿到票！
四点半就说处理好了，直接去拿票。想想我们全家换上泳衣在温泉前台干等了两个多小时，实在气愤！虽说七点终于发来了验证码，人是进去泡了，完全影响所有人的心情！
这次把我们全家对艺龙的好印象，完全打垮！

除了温泉什么也没有，房间都有带阳台，比较大，冬天比武汉还是暖和一些，希望以后还会有健身房以及游戏休闲的地方，现在休闲区只能从温泉区进去很不方便！孩子玩得很开心，也不冷！

酒店环境还可以，温泉服务也非常好，唯一不足之处就是虽然有阳台，但是没有窗户，晚上睡觉有点闷！如果习惯空调房里待的人就无所谓了！本人喜欢开空调稍微开点窗户，换点气！
