房间设备，布置确实不错，很舒服，早餐也不错，但是，服务，就是没有服务，从头至尾没见一个服务员笑，尤其是餐厅的，说话语气跟欠她似的，一次中餐一次早餐，中餐需要充卡，一个服务员直接跟你说去充卡，然后就不管你了，吧台没有人，不知道怎么吃，真的不知道咋吃，哈哈哈，一连说了两次怎么点餐，边上站了两个服务员也都没管你。早餐，刚进去的时候没有找到餐盘，在里面转了两圈问了两遍几个服务员没有一个跟你说，直到忍不住大声吼，餐盘在哪？！才有一个从里面应出来刷卡的，对，她是来刷卡的。ps前台也没有见到一个笑的，只能说这个酒店服务意识的培训管理真的一般！
