服务确实不错，工作人员态度100分，但是感觉工作人员对客人的要求经常出现理解错误。对宾馆自身的规定控制得太死板。我遇到的是因为半路上车子出故障要求保留房间，但是等我们到达那里时，所订的房间没了，这一点让人失望。
