多次入住了，这次在平台上订的房，办理入住时发现让我签名的纸上写着房价比我原本付的房间便宜好几十块，问前台怎么回事，他说可能是还没包括税，可是纸上明确写着房费已经包含税，五星级酒店这样的前台太不专业了吧？房间里卫生也较差，都是肉眼可见的灰尘，沙发也很多污渍很脏，卫生管理有待提高！
