大过年的也是够了，第一次住到没有热水的酒店，前台一副我无辜我无知的样子，完全没有提出任何解决方案，出了什么问题能不能修好都不清楚，一味让客人理解，真的是无法理解，建议大家不要选择这家店，一般经济酒店都很少出这种问题
