明明在艺龙订了房间，可是入住的时候被告知没有，艺龙的工作人员也没有帮我将事情解决掉，我是硬和前台的人说了半天，她才同意的，酒店附近晚上还是挺热闹的，房间的卫生看起来不是很好，地毯很脏。
