提前一天订了大床房，当天同程客服告知可能没有大床房，但会帮我自动升级到套房，服务很到位。可是下午到了酒店却说没有收到过通知，也没有我订的房间，打同程客服也接不通，磨了十多分钟，酒店答应给我们套房，价格按原来算，还算解决了，不过同程和酒店看来没有衔接好，希望下次不会再出现这种情况。
