酒店卫生不错，早餐也不错，地下停车场在改建，好大的灰层，退房之后出了一点点的小状况，总台服务很好，还送了了水和特产，但退房查房不细致，把买的酸奶忘在冰箱里了，我们在去武义的路上自己想到的，间隔时间也有半个小时了。虽然酸奶不值钱，但查房服务要改进，如果冰箱里其他物品我们吃掉了，也没查出来问题，最后算在客房服务员头上。电话告知总台，过了好一会证实才回电话，问可以送过来，呵呵，这个路程遥远了，金华送到武义，算了吧，服务行业不为难他们了，和谐社会。
