整体环境不错，这次入住预定的行政楼层豪华大床房但赶上行政楼层装修，所享受待遇要去一层大堂酒吧，大堂吧提供的行政楼层服务品类较少。

硬件还行，早餐还行。其他软件和细节同国际五星还有差距。套房里面放了套功夫茶具，和一个空！茶！叶！罐！是让我自己买茶叶放进去吗？茶盘漏水没法用。停车绝对要吐槽：住店客人一律要付费倒也算了，万达地下停车场根本没有管理，没有酒店专用车位（地面总是停满），过道、拐角处总有浙G车辆乱停在车位外面，还有的横跨两个车位，杂乱无章，很不方便。

位置比较偏，周边都是建筑工地，没有什么景观，好在有万达广场，超市餐馆都有。装修挺好，房间中规中矩。服务态度都很好。行政楼层待遇是下午5:30-7:30在大堂吧的下午茶，这点来说非常不满，难道让我们晚饭的时间来吃你的蛋糕吗？房间里的雨伞是坏的，出门打开后再也收不起来，很狼狈。
