昨天房间没有网络，客房服务员非常耐心地帮处理好了。但是不好的地方该说还是要说:一3月13号早餐，七点半还没有弄，让一堆要吃早餐的人在餐厅浪费时间等；二前台服务员的接待态度和业务服务水平有待提高，比较差，让人心里很不痛快
