酒店管理不到位，一群团队小客人晚上02:00以后还在房间打闹，大声嚷嚷。吵的无法睡觉。打电话投诉，说和带队老师讲过，却无人制止。最后忍无可忍，直接去砸门，大声喝斥后才消停。他们是一群孩子，第一次外出住酒店，兴奋，一方面老师没有及时教育他们不可以影响其它人，另一方面，酒店安排时应采取不同楼层分别安排，以便减少对其他客人的打搅。
