  最近入住京杭度过了非常愉快的几天，必须给个五星好评！尤其要大力表扬前台的小李和小刘，他们的服务真的让我倍感贴心。 从办理入住开始，小李就热情地向我介绍了酒店的各项设施和周边推荐，耐心解答所有问题，效率超高。第二天我需要赶早出门，小刘提前帮忙协调安排了早餐打包服务，还贴心提醒天气变化，细节之处尽显周到。 酒店整体环境整洁舒适，房间安静衞生，位置也很方便。但最让我印象深刻的是，每次进出酒店时，小李和小刘都会主动微笑打招呼，询问是否需要帮助，这种宾至如归的感觉实在难得。 感谢你们的用心服务，让这次出行充满温暖。下次一定会再选择这里，也会推荐给朋友！继续保持这样的水准哦～

  来济宁旅游入住该酒店。酒店有停车场，地理位置非常好，在很繁华的地方，周边用餐的地方很多。前台人员服务也非常好。房间乾净整洁，基础设施齐全。就是基础设施和格局真应该改造升级了。马桶还是太老式的那种，洗手池龙头一种擦不出来的感觉，淋浴喷头被水垢堵住，没有多少流水的，开大之后还有嗡嗡的声音。洗护用品也相当简单，配套设施真与五星酒店的标准不相符。早餐的品种也不是很丰富。其他各项服务还不错。

  本次入住贵酒店，算是一个极好的体验感，酒店位置很优越，周圈几个购物商场。入住了12楼的，看到酒店评论才选择了本酒店，确实没有失望。郑大姐的对客人的贴心服务，想客人之想，出门在外，有种家人的贴心问候感！极力推荐，京杭假日饭店，入住12楼，体验郑大姐对客服务。

  出差正好在目的地附近，虽然是老酒店但是环境衞生都挺好的，下次来的话继续选这家，附近本都美食也挺多的，交通方便
