预定酒店之前，看到酒店的好评率非常高，估计错不了。一进酒店就被孔子故里的人文气息所吸引，热情服务的贴心管家李女士看到我们是一家三口，给女儿送来了儿童牙膏牙刷，还送了一大桶矿泉水。晚上用餐回来酒店又赠送了书签酸奶和小点心，女儿非常喜欢。酒店的硬件配置稍旧，但服务绝对超值，铭座杏坛是一家顾客至上的酒店！酒店位置不错，附近吃饭也方便，早餐丰盛，非常满意！

曲阜之行浓浓的儒家气息相伴，孩子学到了不少的知识。酒店采取的是管家式服务。装修古色古香。特别感谢管家燕丽和会拓字的苏管家五星级服务，酒店每天会赠送酸奶点心等小礼物。只是希望餐饮部门的服务意识有待提高！是个值得推荐的酒店。
