酒店交通很不方便，村庄修路没有指示，导航都找不到路，三点办理入住，房间也没有打扫好，三点半办理入住后，出门转了一圈，回房间发现房间里有人，酒店解释说在查房，还有酒店送的中餐代餐券，晚上点餐不让用，用餐没有选择，只能选自助餐，酒店前台接待很差，反应问题解决很慢，总之服务跟不上，很差！

酒店非常大，非常漂亮，中间有点小插曲，要睡觉时床头上阅读灯居然怎么也关不了，找工程部的人修了快一小时也没修好，半夜三更只能冒雨换房间，很折腾，但酒店服务人员还是很负责的全程配合，很满意。
