艺龙手机客户端62.5订的，到了酒店前台说没有预定，明明在艺龙预定成功的，我就纳闷了酒店跟艺龙是怎么沟通的？最后给艺龙打紧急处理电话才给安排了一间。一次不愉快的体验。

酒店设施还全面，对于这种地方还是觉得有点小贵，住的第一天空调不能用，热水器不能用，哎……前台还是挺热情的，一向好评，没招……其他没的说。
