优点：公共区域和电梯不错，网速还可以，
缺点:马桶漏水，不能冲，上个厕所裤子就湿了，喷头不能拿下来，只能洗头洗澡一起。洗漱台是斜的，怕掉下来，叫赔钱，退房超级慢。
