酒店环境设施真不错，在携程订的517元，一进房间都吓一跳，大的不可思议。房间非常宽敞，大床和沙发间夹着可旋转的电视柜，有一间单独的配电脑的小书房，有一处带梳妆台的衣帽间，还有及其巨大的卫生间。——硬件设施非常不错。配的双早，非常丰盛，中餐西餐都配，吃得都有点撑了。但是，总有一个一但是，作为一间五星级酒店，还是有很多可以指摘的：酒店服务素质不够，工作人员和客人一起等电梯的时候都不会让客人先进；路遇服务人员，也不会问好；酒店餐饮做的很大，很多个餐厅，导致饭点的时候车库排长队，根本进不了；车库极小，只有半层的样子，也不通电梯；结账的时候先不退预授权，说可以先离店，等他们查完了再看是否扣钱，当时就想如果有什么纠纷怎么办？然后果然，电话来说一个茶夹找不到。虽然到底没扣钱，但是这个程序显然有问题。
