我是第二次入住这个酒店，上次感觉很好，这次出了点意外，房间沙发椅扶手布脱落了，钉子还留在上面，右手臂被划伤流血了。还好服务员接到电话后通知人带来医药箱处理了伤口，还送来果盘。但是第二天离店时没有人询问我的状况，也没有接到酒店相关工作人员的询问伤情的电话，这点我觉得做得不好。
