半夜1点多接到前台电话吵醒了，问一个几天前己经取消了的订单，白天办理入住酒店时己经説明了，是携程和酒店之间的对接出了问题，携程订单己取消而酒店的系统未取消，真有必要在晚上1点多还打手机来询问吗？前台解释是白班的同事没告诉晚班的原因，

早餐服务体验真的差到极点 工作人员的脸色看起来像是欠了几百万一样 小朋友在餐厅没有吃什么东西 连个鸡蛋都都不愿意给拿一下 甚至都不回覆客人 垃圾

宾馆设施齐全，唯一不足就是有部分房间晚上楼下的ktv比较吵闹，金秀是个适合家庭旅行三四天的地方，大凳村的风景更美不要错过！登顶圣堂山一定要早出发哦

一入住，水壶还有一根葱花在里面，隔音差，隔壁小孩咚咚咚的跳得脑壳疼，给前台打了两次电话都没有解决，我就差自己去拍门了。
