酒店前台服务不错👍但打扫房间的人员服务意识有待提高(部分人员见到客人不打招呼，还挡道)，房间干净，但毛巾不是太干净，有免费接送站服务，早餐味道还不错(羊杂汤味道赞)，种类不算少，但也算不上丰盛，且品种每天不变，酒店位置方便，离古城和又见平遥剧场很近。
