预定时说好的预留二楼房间，到了后却让住一楼。房间非常脏凳子桌子灰很厚，摸的手都是黑的。重点在卫生间，浴液瓶子是空的上面还有头发，浴巾上也有长头发。掀开被子里有小虫子，对此酒店失望不是一般
