前台长头发长脸瘦一点的女服务员态度极差，严重到对客人吼叫，我在前台办理退房，因为我在看手机攻略，没有听到她叫我，后来居然直接吼叫，吓了我一跳，严重投诉此服务员。这种态度根本不是服务行业应该出现的，而且好不夸张，她一直拉着脸，给谁看呢？客人消费不是欠你的，有素质的我没有和她闹，但是我要求她给我电话道歉。

酒店副楼很差，从餐馆里面进入电梯，晚上10点多了，还有厨房加工的机器声轰鸣，使人难以入睡，找到酒店，服务员说最近厨房忙，没干完活，干完了就好了。夜里房顶跑老鼠的声音时而出现，哗哗的吓人。
