前台服务人员态度较差，完全达不到星级标准，订的不含早房间，说好早餐是可以和房费一起开专用发票的，结果退房时告诉不可以，只能开普通发票，说没有提前告诉前台需要用早餐，早餐很差，卫生也极为不好，而且态度比较差。不建议出差商旅人士入住。
