地点就在步行街的边缘，下车走几十步就到了客栈！步入大堂就让人感觉很好，总台的对面是靠窗的餐厅卡座，坐在沙发上吃饭可以看着窗外人来人往的游客，而且菜做得不错，很注意摆盘，让几道很普通的菜看上去很是“高大上”！办理入住手续时，工作人员会主动介绍客栈的特点和古城的景点！入住的客房在道路对面的另一个院落里，外边是装饰古香古色的休闲吧！将喧闹的街道与客房分隔开。院落外墙看上去好像很老旧，但室内装修很到位，风格也和古建筑容为一体，充分体现了山西的“炕”文化！说到不足只有一个，空调装在炕的正上方，风会直接吹到身上。

晋商大院的风范，公馆的大总管女士很有雅韵，服务很贴心，会有地图、水果、小零食赠送，早餐在景区里算很不错的中西式齐全。不过12点半以后好像就没热水了。
