老板人很好，很热情，酒店是个很精致的四合院，设施感觉很新。第一次睡了土炕房感觉很不错，听老板的介绍很想冬天再来体验一下他家的火炕。

酒店位于古城内西门向南500米，院落环境还不错，但是房间内过于简陋，土炕房内没有一次性拖鞋，卫生间狭窄，宽度最多一人半的距离，被罩及枕套不是很干净，夏天了用的还是冬天的厚被子，感觉酒店价格与设施严重不符。店家倒是很热情，介绍了古城内的景点并且帮忙联系了游览车，但是不太懂得变通，由于行程及家人原因，原本两天的行程变为一天，提前预付的房费店家由于节假日房费上涨及客房没有全部售出等原因不给退房，最终两间房间有一间白白浪费了一晚房费，另外一间还是在艺龙的干涉下才退了一晚房费！想问店家，做服务不是应该顾客至上么？把自己的利益凌驾于顾客之上，这样真的好吗？

设施可以吧，房间有点小，特色土炕很棒棒，店里老板热情周到，位置在古城里下西门的边上。一家四口出行，大家平均感觉还可以，可以考虑，但是想到繁华地段还是要走8-10分钟。
