是冲着全季的品牌去的，结果很失望。门外停车场没有专门的停车位，和旁边的晋中银行在一起，银行的工作人员不允许把车停过去，所以停车位很难找，酒店的工作人员也不帮忙解决。离古城城门还有三公里，步行还是比较远的。房间不干净，自己用湿巾擦了一遍，湿巾都是黑的。其他就是全季的统一装修，还能接受。希望提高服务质量！

酒店屋里是地热，不用开空调就很热，空调还没有制冷，只能开窗降温，平遥空气真叫一个差，所以是开着窗呛，不开窗热。酒店应该在污染天气，配备空气净化器
