原以为住古城里比较方便游玩，没想到平遥比丽江，凤凰大了很多。客栈离主景区南北大街有距离，出行不是很方便，还好包了电瓶车一人30负责接送。客栈只有一辆小面包车在接送入住和离店，卫生差，栏杆、桌面一层灰，洗澡水小又不热。古城逛一天就够了，觉得住城外酒店可能卫生还好些。

替父母及岳父母四位老人定的，老人们对客栈服务及设施很满意。一是免费接站，对他们来说很方便；二是免费将荣字号升级为华字号房间，带了早餐；三是设施完善，房间整洁干净舒适；四是老人们对异地饮食不习惯时，店家免费为他们熬制了可口的粥饭，让老人们非常感动。老板的服务至上的理念值得大家学习！

在古城中心，离繁华的地段只隔一条巷子。环境很好，房间很干净，很有古风。住在里面有一种与世隔绝的感觉

喜欢酒店的民族风格，而且服务很好，提供免费接送业务，还把我们定的房间升级了。由于逛累了不愿上街吃饭，就在酒店里点菜吃了中饭，这是我们认为在山西一周里吃的最香的一顿，因为我来自南方，吃的较清淡，每次在大众点评上找的口碑好的饭店，提醒店家少盐少味精，可还是咸的难以下咽，而在客栈里厨师真真做到了少盐少味精，价格也不贵。
