老板非常热情好客，辛苦地从城门外接送客人（高铁站有点远，不负责接送，事先没问，乘到平遥站就管接送了），虽然向客人要好评，却也值得得到好评。
客栈共二层，外面看起来很豪华，内部装修也不错，套间内用具齐全（有图）。两室一厅的布局，适合一家三口或四口人，每室有一大炕，卫生间。卫生间有直饮水笼头，老板还是让我们取桶装水用，用他的话说就是一切为了客人。
位置离西门不远，离古城各个景点有点距离。也正因为如此，夜里很安静。
客栈全部是住房，不提供餐饮，想吃饭的话到街上应有尽有。因为是大炕，没有加床的空间。客栈没有停车场，据说古城里不让外地车进入，只能停城外。

客栈听说是老板自己装修的 环境很好 晚上亮起灯光显得特别幽静 第一次见客栈的样子 第一次睡土炕 有点小兴奋～ 老板和前台的小姐姐很热情好客 每次从外面回来 老板都会和我们聊上几句。第一次来这里不熟悉 老板还送了我们地图 告诉我们怎么走最快捷 那些景点值得游玩。老板还到了平遥站接我们 第二天去王家大院老板还包车了呢～总之 很喜欢很满意！希望老板生意兴隆啦～

环境幽雅，典型的四合院，雕梁画栋，古色古香，交通便利，门口旅游车很多。老板尤其热情，服务周到，推荐给各位驴友。
