极其差。早餐到八点半，如果八点之前没去就不用去了，什么都没了。房间里睡觉的时候记得别关总控，不然插座全断电。剃须刀别用，能划破。

实在太差，提前半个月预定了标准间，携程显示预定成功，到店后告诉我没有标准间了，都提前订完了，我提前半个月定了居然到店说订没了？？？说是别人都比我定的早，让酒店拿出预定的信息给我看看是不是比我早，还拿不出来。大老远地赶过去，到那没有双床房，和朋友几家都带着孩子，怎么住？服务员更厉害，直接告诉我可以给你退，我来的时候的油钱和耽误的时间你赔的了吗？我说没人通知我，前台说没有我电话，联系不上我，简直无耻至极，手机24小时开机，哪有人联系过我？再说联系不上我联系不上携程？最后居然给我匀了几间标准间，实在太突然，不然肯定换地方住了。地方越小越自以为是，没见过这样的服务和脸皮，估计这样的水准也发现不到哪去，能维持不倒闭就不错了。
