缺乏老实待客的道德。本来订的标准间，他们没有了，应该与顾客好好商量。却说给你升级住一个大床一个小床房。其实比标准间差多了。我们不愿去住，要求调整到标准间或者给换到别的楼，他们就给你一个最差的一楼靠近楼梯的房间。早餐水平也很一般。总之，乘兴而来，扫兴而去！
